Printing Outlook archived attachments easily
Print both emails and attached files automatically without even opening the message. Have weekly incoming invoices from your supplier and need paper copies? Print Tools is an ideal solution to avoid annoying reminders and notes. Set up a rule once and have the documents printed every time.
Manage printing of email and attached files whatever way you need: together or separately, according to your settings. Any kind of attachment can be printed, including DOC, XLS, PDF or image files. Importantly, all Outlook items (contacts, notes, tasks, etc.) can also be printed.
Have ZIP or RAR files in your emails and need to print archived content? Not a problem with Print Tools: set up a rule and the add-in will automatically unpack and print archived attachments in ZIP, RAR, GZ, 7Z, ISO, and other types of archived files.

There are two options for displaying the product’s buttons in the Outlook ribbon: four inline buttons or one button with a drop-down option. The buttons are also added to the context menu.
Print Tools can print messages and attachments automatically when the message is received or wait until you select the messages and attachments that need to be printed using the Print Wizard.
Print Tools can be configured to print all attachments, or you can specify what types to print. For example, you can allow printing of PDF and XLS files and exclude all others file types.
Automatic printing options
Because Print Tools is part of the Rule to process incoming messages in Outlook 2000-2010, it can be configured to print only messages, only attachments or both. Also, you can choose the printer which will be used.
Watching for the folders
Print Tools in Outlook 2013 can monitor selected folders and print the message or attachments immediately when a new message appears in the folder. It enables use of all the power of Outlook Rules along with Print Tools to print only the required messages and attachments.

Print Tools is an Outlook add-in that will help you automatically print incoming and outgoing messages with attachments (as well as messages and attachments separately) without even opening them. Program settings necessary for the automatic working mode are intuitively clear and few in number.
Using Microsoft Outlook rules together with the Print Tools allows you to create a system that will automatically print messages and/or files attached to them.
